Session time begins at your scheduled appointment time, and payment is collected at the end of your appointment unless otherwise discussed. Please arrive on time. September through December can be a more unpredictable time of year with holidays and busy schedules. To keep things fair and protect my time, deposits during this season are valid for one appointment only and cannot be reused for rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment, as well as no-call/no-shows, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled session. PLEASE COMMUNICATE. By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the card on file. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to your appointment. ⭐️Design Changes⭐️ Last minute full design changes will also result in a cancellation fee. I send sketches out prior to appointments so we can work on the design together ahead of time. Please avoid changing the entire concept at the last minute, as I may not have enough time to redraw everything before your appointment, and I still need to be compensated for the time already put into the design process. 🌙 Numbing Cream🌙 Please do not use numbing cream before your appointment unless we have talked about it and I have approved it beforehand. Numbing cream can affect how the skin takes ink, how it bleeds, how it heals, and how well I’m able to tattoo the area. If you arrive with numbing cream on without approval, I may not be able to tattoo you that day. If this happens, you may be sent home, your deposit will be voided, and depending on the session, an additional fee may be applied. ☀️Second Skin☀️ I do not use second skin or derm on every client, so please do not expect it to be used at your appointment. Due to a higher amount of skin reactions, I only use derm when I feel it is the best option for the client and the tattoo. In most cases, I use absorbent soaker pads instead and will send you home with proper aftercare instructions. Final aftercare will always be based on your skin, the tattoo, and what I feel is safest for healing. ✨Touch Ups✨ Complimentary touch ups are ONLY offered within 3 months of your original appointment. Clients must book within this timeframe and be flexible with available dates to qualify. Touch ups are scheduled appointments that require time and supplies. Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to respond will void complimentary eligibility. After 3 months, all touch ups will be booked as a regular appointment at my hourly rate. Once a tattoo is fully healed and settled, any additional work is treated as a new session. Clients MUST follow all aftercare instructions provided. Healing results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and proper care. Improper aftercare, picking, over-moisturizing, sun exposure, or use of outside products may affect healing results and void complimentary eligibility. Finger tattoo touch ups will be charged hourly.
